The most exclusive apartment of the residence, ideal for young couples, is composed of an entrance onto a large balcony (45m2) with an eastern view towards the Gulf of Messenia and the entire Gargarou beach with its incredible sunrises appearing behind the peaks of Taygetus. The apartment is completed by a large living room with a large open kitchen with an American counter and a sofa bed, an intimate double bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection, a Smart TV and satellite TV, a washing machine, and private covered parking.

For stays longer than a week, linen change is included, which takes place weekly. It is also possible to request an additional cleaning service (for a fee and with a minimum weekly frequency) and linen change (for a fee with a minimum frequency of three days).
