HOW WORKS ONLINE BOOKING
The ArokariApartments website allows you to directly book an apartment, with a few simple steps, paying by credit card or pay pal. Here’s how it works:
1) CHECK AVAILABILITY
First of all check on the page of “Availability and Booking” if and which apartments are available in the period of your interest.
2) SELECT THE APARTMENT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN
Choose the apartment the apartment or apartments that interest you from the drop-down menu of the “Apartments” section on the homepage, or by clicking directly on the name of the apartment on the page of “Availability and Booking”.
Entering the page of the apartment you will find a photographic report and the services it contains.
You will also find highlighted any discounts available for the apartment (early booking, long booking or last minute) and if these correspond to the period in which you want to book, they will be directly applied when calculating the total amount of your stay.
Scroll down and click on the “CHECK NOW OUR AVAILABILITIES” button.
3) COMPLETE THE RESERVATION FORM
You will be asked to fill in a reservation form with your personal data: name, surname, telephone, e-mail and any special requests you wish to highlight to ensure that your stay meets your characteristics. It is advisable that in the notes you insert how many adult guests and how many minors will be present and if you want separate beds where the room of the apartment allows it. If nothing is specified, in case of an even number of guests, the single beds will be prepared together as a single double bed.
To continue, you must read and accept the “house rules“, the “cancellation and reimbursement terms“, the “rental conditions” of any beach accessories of your interest and the “terms and conditions” for the use of your personal data. Read them carefully before continuing with the booking.
At the end click on “NEXT” to continue with the booking
4) DEFINE YOUR RENTAL REQUEST
Our system allows to make a single booking for more apartments. For this reason, click on the “SELECT” button of the apartment or apartments you are interested in booking, to activate the scheduling of your stay.
For each apartment, therefore, enter the check in and check out date, by clicking in the corresponding sections. You will see that in periods when the apartment is not available the dates will be of a softer color and the booking date will not be accepted. Reservations of less than 6 days are not accepted except for last-minute cases advertised on the site.
Finally, enter the number of people who will stay in the apartment and click on the “NEXT” button.
5) CHOOSE THE EXTRA ACCESSORIES AND SERVICES
At this stage of the booking you can choose the beach accessories you want to rent for your stay and you can also request extra weekly cleaning of the apartment. It is therefore very important that you read the rental conditions and book our accessories and services before deciding. Many of these extra services are only guaranteed if purchased at the time of booking. Once you have made your choices, click on the “NEXT” button.
6) SEND THE BOOKING REQUEST
You will be presented with a summary of your booking with the total amount and the advance to be paid to validate the booking once availability has been confirmed by us.
ATTENTION: The prices are inclusive of the “Tourist Tax”. However Greek law requires us to collect this tax in cash, separately from the rent payment and upon departure, amounting to €1.50 per day per apartment. We will issue a separate receipt for this.
If you find our offer satisfactory, click on the button “ASK AVAILABILITY”.
7) VALIDATION OF THE RELIABILITY OF THE BOOKING REQUEST
You will then be sent an email requesting validation of the reliability of your booking request to which you must respond within 12 hours.
8) VALIDATION OR DISCLAIMER OF THE BOOKING REQUEST
Once the confirmation of reliability of your booking has been sent, the availability of the apartment will be blocked by any other requests (you can check it by going to the “Availability and Booking” page).
Our staff will take care of your request and within a few hours will answer you (at most within 24 hours in periods of high work) to confirm or reject the booking request.
This step is necessary because several booking requests for the same apartment and for the same period could also be received at the same time outside our website, on the most popular booking platforms where we are present, such as: booking, airbnb, vrbo . We therefore advise you to notify us of your request also via sms or whatsapp / viber message on the number +30 698 666 5856, so that your request is noticed and taken care of as quickly as possible.
REFUSAL: In the event that the booking request is refused, the booking system will send you a booking refusal communication to the email address entered when completing the form of your personal data.
ACCEPTANCE: If your booking is accepted, the booking system will send you a confirmation email, with a link that will redirect you to the page for the PAYMENT of the advance and in which there will also be:
– the summary of the booking
– the section to enter any personal DISCOUNT COUPON, previously sent
– access to our exclusive “WELCOME SERVICE”
9) WELCOME SERVICE
On the same previous acceptance summary page, you can also take advantage of our exclusive “Welcome Service”, where you can choose from over 50 food products to buy directly when booking and find them in the apartment at the time of check-in. Without forgetting that for bookings of at least 10 days the first € 30.00 of purchase will be free.
You will have 24 hours to make the payment. If within 24 hours you do not make the payment your reservation will be automatically canceled and the apartment will be available again to anyone interested.
To make the payment, simply enter the data of your credit card or your paypal account and press the “Confirm and Pay” button.
11) CHECK IN DOCUMENTS
Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for loading the documents necessary for registration (such as identity card or passport) at check in. We strongly ask you to fill in these data. They are necessary to send you a fully completed voucher and to speed up the registration procedures at your check-in.
